We had Joana Canals, a Warrior from Fox31 Denver, come try out a class at our Ryders location. She learned about how everyone is pushed and pushes themselves to and beyond their own personal wall. She also seems very excited and grossed out by how much detox/sweat she put herself through! In a Warriors class, you will spend time on the bikes and off the bikes. You will work hard the entire hour. The Real Ryder bikes involve your core as much as your legs. When you are off the bike, you will be doing plyometrics, using slam balls, and/or training with TRX’s. Be ready to work hard and feel elated after!
