Beginner Strength Training

If you’re intimidated by barbells or nervous in the weightroom, prepare to get un-afraid. These weight room staples aren’t just for the advanced athletes. It turns out barbell exercises are much simpler than they seem.

Beginner Strength Training provides a very slow and guided class that focuses on large muscle groups. Your coach will walk you through each exercise, teach you the movements, and then spot and correct form where needed throughout class. Open to all levels.

Boxing

Learn to throw and catch all six punches with power and precision. Also, learn how to put together multiple combinations using all punches, simulating a true boxer. Get quicker hands, faster feet, stronger punches, and better control and balance with your legs. Class will provide Gloves and mitts will be provided but feel free to bring your own if you have them. This class also incorporates the speed bag and heavy bag for the ultimate in boxing experience.

Cycle/Barre

Combination of 30 minutes of functional cycling followed by 30 minutes of barre. Cycle/ Barre is designed to tone, sculpt and add lean muscle to your legs while lifting your glutes, using light hand weights and precise movements. Though the main focus will be the lower body, expect to strengthen arms and core for an evolving, exciting workout. Our Ryders and Lowry studios feature the RealRyder bikes, our LoHi studio offers Matrix bikes, and our Broadway studio features the Schwinn Carbon Blue. SPD clips shoes or regular sneakers work on all bikes. All levels welcome.

Cycle/Row

Perfect for all levels, this combo of indoor cycling and indoor rowing offers a dynamic workout that challenges all of your muscles! Our Broadway studio features the Schwinn Carbon Blue bikes and the Concept 2 Rowers. SPD clips shoes or regular sneakers both work on all bikes, and an instructor can walk beginners through proper setup and form.

Cycle/ViPR

A great class for all levels, featuring indoor cycling combined with a fun and unique workout utilizing the ViPR weighted cylinders. Get a cardio burn on the bikes, then move to the ViPR to improve strength, speed, agility, and functional movement. This class will challenge both body and mind in fun and innovative ways. Our Ryders and Lowry studios feature the RealRyder bikes, our LoHi studio offers Matrix bikes, and our Broadway studio features the Schwinn Carbon Blue. SPD clips shoes or regular sneakers work on all bikes, and instructors are available for beginners to help with setup and proper form.

Cycle/Yoga

Combination of 30 minutes of functional cycling followed by 30 minutes of alignment-conscious flow yoga. Great for anyone who wants to pack an effective workout and rejuvenating practice into one class! Our Ryders and Lowry studios feature the RealRyder bikes, our LoHi studio offers Matrix bikes, and our Broadway studio features the Schwinn Carbon Blue. SPD clips shoes or regular sneakers work on all bikes. All levels welcome.

Cycle/Yoga Sculpt

Combination of 30 minutes of functional cycling followed by 30 minutes of yoga flow with hand weights. Yoga sculpt adds strength training to your practice, incorporating hand weights, isometric and cardio exercises into your yoga flow for increased strength, flexibility and endurance. This class offers a cardio workout while sculpting lean muscle and incorporating the healing benefits of a yoga practice…all in one session! Our Ryders and Lowry studios feature the RealRyder bikes, our LoHi studio offers Matrix bikes, and our Broadway studio features the Schwinn Carbon Blue. SPD clips shoes or regular sneakers work on all bikes. All levels welcome.

Dirty 30

A condensed 30 minute high-intensity interval training workout that incorporates strength and conditioning with multiple exercises targeting and taxing every muscle group. This class can take many different formats; however, the underlying strategy is the same — you’re going to be working your butt off the entire time! The bell rings, and you’re moving to the next station or exercise. Suitable for all levels with modifications available for beginners, this is a great way to get a fantastic workout in a very short period of time.

Functional Athlete

The goal of this class is to get you performing as a functioning athlete both inside and outside of the gym. All levels are welcome, and exercises can be modified for beginners. Each week, the workouts build off the previous week. These fun workouts incorporate movements, exercises and drills to correct dysfunctional patterns of mobility as well as improve stability and lengthening of the muscles. Each workout incorporates hands-on coaching and assessment of proper weight lifting and/or gymnastic skill development.

Functional Indoor Cycling

Fun, hard-hitting, innovative, indoor cycling like nowhere else in the world! Get full-body sculpting and a great core workout to take your performance to the max. Our Ryders and Lowry studios feature the RealRyder bikes, our LoHi studio offers Matrix bikes, and our Broadway studio features the Schwinn Carbon Blue. SPD clips shoes or regular sneakers work on all bikes. All levels welcome.

HELLth

This is a advanced cycling class that incorporates weights and bodyweight movements — both on and off the bike. Recommended that you have attend a few classes on the Real Ryder bikes before you register for a HELLth class.

Lowry studios features the RealRyder bikes, SPD clips shoes or regular sneakers work on all bikes. Advanced level class.

HIIT

Great for all levels, this is a non-stop, high-intensity strength and conditioning workout that combines multiple exercises targeting and taxing every muscle group. The class can take multiple formats; however, the underlying strategy is the same — you’re going to be working your butt in short intervals with limited breaks. The bell rings, and you’re moving to the next station or exercise. Get in shape, whether you’re brand new to fitness or you’re a regular gym rat.

Kettlebell Training

Expect anything and everything. We will be swinging, pushing, and pulling kettlebells in a combination of strength, cardio and endurance intervals for a full-body workout. All levels welcome, and modifications are available for beginners. This is a great way to get in shape, whether you’re new to a fitness routine or you’re a regular Endoholic!

Kinesis

Perfect for all fitness levels and abilities, this is a combination of strength, endurance, coordination, and explosive moves that burns serious calories. Each circuit, including elements of plyometrics, resistance training, kinesis, yoga, and cardio, allows any student to push him or herself above and beyond. The formats and movements differ from instructor to instructor, so be ready for anything. Modifications are available for beginners or those with injuries.

Kinesis Strength Focused

This class is a program based class. The program will alternate every four weeks from a strength to an endurance program. It is designed to build strength, add definition and bone density, and then build endurance, balance and focus on supporting muscle groups. You will use kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, VIPRS, cardio equipment, cable and kinesis machines, as well as your own body weight to increase strength and endurance. For all levels.

Mobility Conditioning

A 45-minute practice that will help improve range of motion and mobility through various stretches and movements. Learn ways to improve posture through midline stabilization movements. Stretch, lengthen and learn to roll out and smash muscles with lacrosse balls, and give your body the attention it deserves for improved mobility. This is a great class for anyone also looking to improve performance in activities outside of the gym.

Mountain Made Fitness

Each workout consists of the following movement: plyometric, squat, lunge, chest, shoulder, and core, interchanged to offer a variety of challenges. Suitable for all levels, you choose your reps based on the “summit” you want to conquer – from a 12K peak to a 14’er. Instructors are on hand to teach each movement and help with proper form and technique.

Mountain Made Gainz

Great for all levels, this class focuses on form to enhance fundamental weight lifting, resulting in lean muscle and developed strength. All levels welcome, teaching novice students proper technique and form as well as challenging the most elite athletes. This class emphasizes lean muscle, staying away from “bulking” that keeps many away from the weightlifting experience.

Mountain Made Shreds

Are you ready for the next level? Mountain Made Shreds will help you achieve your desired transformation by learning the art of muscle development. By targeting one specific muscle group each week and using a strategy of Angles of Attack this class will help each athlete develop lean muscle as well as the often sought after cut look. Let’s reach your own personal summit!

This class will teach various schools of thought including: Drop Sets, Super Sets, Pyramid Sets etc

Class Format: 5-6 stations, 8-15 reps each station, 4 rounds
Muscle Groups: Chest Day, Leg Day, Shoulder/Arm Day, Back Day

Olympic Lifting

This class provides athletes the opportunity to continue to develop their Clean, Jerk, and Snatch. With guidance from certified Olympic lifting coaches, athletes will learn and utilize technique drills and progressions for training the Olympic lifts.

ONBEAT Cycle/Row – Heart Rate Training

Endorphin’s classic Cycle/Row class with a twist! You will have the option to monitor and display your heart rate, training zones, and calories burned during class as well as receive an email report after class! Class will be led to optimize training zones and recovery efficiency to get the most out of your workout! Please bring a personal heart rate monitor to class & teacher will sync it with the OnBeat system. OnBeat is compatible with most all Heart Rate monitors with the exception of Apple & FitB it. Open Gym – City Park

City Park Open Gym has all the tools you need for a great workout. The gym is quaint and unique like the neighborhood it resides in! It is equipped with treadmills, bikes, stair climber, rowers, cable cross & Kinesis machines, dumbells, barbells, smith machine, squat/bench rack, TRX, kettle bells, and more! It’s a small neighborhood gym that packs a punch! The staff is always there to help out and show you how to operate the equipment. Please register in advance for Open Gym hours!

Open Gym – Stanley

Open and free to all Unlimited members. Limited to scheduled times at Stanley for unlimited members. Standard class drop in fee for non members. Our open gym at Stanley Marketplace is stacked with free weights. Its the perfect space to throw some iron around without worry. It houses numerous barbells, bumper plates, mats, encouraging & knowledgeable staff & coaches! Not only is the energy within the gym inspiring, but once you’re done working out you’re surrounded by delicious healthy food options & local businesses to explore within the market! Please register in advance for open gym times!

Strength Training

For beginners through experienced athletes, this class is designed to build strength, add definition, increase bone density, decrease body fat and increase lean muscle. Research has proven that by adding lean muscle to the body, you will speed up your metabolism and burn more calories while working out and at rest. This class uses kettlebells, plate loaded barbells, ViPRS and body weight for maximum effectiveness. This is not a fast paced class, rather a time to train on technique and form as you complete the prescribed workout at your own pace with your own weight and a personal trainer and coach.

Warriors

A fantastic workout for all levels, this combination class of cycling and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) off the bike promotes losing body fat…fast. We will tax every major muscle group while maximizing cardiac capacity, ensuring the highest calorie burn possible. Come ready for anything and everything! Our Ryders and Lowry studios feature the RealRyder bikes, our LoHi studio offers Matrix bikes, and our Broadway studio features the Schwinn Carbon Blue. SPD clips shoes or regular sneakers work on all bikes. All levels are welcome and instructors help with setting up the bikes and proper form.
