I started going to Endorphin about a year after I moved to the Capitol Hill area of Colfax. I had recently gone through a divorce and was enjoying the nightlife and restaurants of the city a little too much.  After hearing about Endorphin from a friend, I decided to give it a try because I was unhappy with the way my body felt.  You know the story. My clothes were a little tighter.  My belt sizes were getting bigger.  I was ready for a change and jumped headlong into it.  I signed up for a free week and took that week off of work to really focus on working out.  I was struck by the intensity of the classes and the positive motivation of the instructors. Everyone is always quick with a smile and a high five. The members are great as well and equally as encouraging with positive feedback.

In the two years or so since I’ve been a member, I’ve reshaped my body and come to realize the positive impact Endorphin has had on my overall health, both mentally and physically. There’s nothing better than feeling like you’ve pushed your limits and knowing that the people around you want to succeed.  If you see me in a class, come over and say hello!  Let’s push our limits together!
