Hi I’m Brandon,

 You have probably seen me around at different classes. I left 2nd Fleet Marine Force and moved to Denver 10 years ago.  I decided that working out and running were not going to be a part of my life anymore. And as you can see in the before pic, I stuck by that.  I decided around Dec 2013 that I just couldn’t live my life like that anymore, I smoked a pack of cigarettes a day to make everything worse. I laid them down, cold turkey, along with all my bad habits(okay, maybe not all).  I started with some P90x and a membership to 24hr.  Did that for about a year and it got really boring.  I really wanted to take my fitness to the next level.  My friend told me she found this gym and she thought it was what I was looking for, so I signed up for a free week at Endorphin.  My first class was HELLTH, I walked into this class knowing that on the website, it said ADVANCED CLASS, but I was thinking I was in decent shape so I would be okay. I can only laugh at myself now at not only how many times I puked, but how I couldn’t move for like 3 days.  I am an adrenaline junkie though so as soon as I could move again, I was right back in there. I just wanna say I think the staff and members at this gym are so amazing and you guys set the bar very high.  The Yoga here is the best.  I love the Kinesis classes with Sara and Andrew, and Bootcamp(This is an ass kicker) with Chris, and my favorite class HELLTH with Merritt, she has pushed me so hard in that class and helped me overcome a lot of weaknesses that I had coming into this. I can honestly say I have worked my ass off over the past year and a half to make this happen.  Anyone can do this, you just have to show up to every workout, push hard, and remember why you started doing it in the first place.  This gym has chewed body fat off of me so fast in the last 5 months, and my endurance is so much better, but still have a long way to go.  Thank you to everyone here.
