We’ve both been committed to fitness throughout our lives and we both love the challenges and fun that we have at Endorphin. Working out and outdoor activities together are also important in our relationship. Over the years we’ve had many adventures together including climbing over Mt. Salkantay Pass in Peru to over 15,000 feet and hut to hut hiking in Switzerland. Thanks goodness for all the squats and step ups that we’ve done in our Endorphin classes! Lisa discovered Endorphin as she ran by the original Colfax location several years ago. After a few classes, she was hooked and has continued to do several classes every week with Bri, Chris, Jeff, Nick and newest addition Merritt. Still focusing on running, the classes at Endorphin have helped Lisa to build strength for running as well as core and upper body strength to help overall fitness. Lisa has had many PRs and top ten finishes in trail running races because of strength built at her Endorphin classes.
As a competitive swimmer, Michelle knew that swimming needs to be supplemented with exercises and weights to build leg and core strength. While swimming is an amazing sport for cardio and upper body strength, it’s not weight bearing and that also needs to be supplemented. Kinesis classes with Sara, Krystal and Andrew are challenging and truly fun. Over several years, Michelle has seen a noticeable difference in overall strength and muscle tone. Both of us are grateful for Endorphin and the fun that we have at Warriors, Kinesis, HIIT and boot camp. Fun, fitness, strength and new friends are why we keep coming to Endorphin. On this Thanksgiving weekend, we are thankful for Endorphin and all of your great staff.
