Alignment Yoga: Alignment refers to the way the body is positioned in each yoga pose in order to obtain benefit from the pose, increase strength and flexibility without causing pain, and avoid injury.  Proper alignment brings a balanced flow of energy through the entire body, which leads to improved health and well-being.  The teacher provides a path toward aligning the body for maximal advantage to the body and mind.  Appropriate for all levels.
