Yoga for Athletes: This class is designed for the functional athlete who needs to reset, recover, and replenish from daily work in both the gym as well as sports. This class will feel similar to a restorative or yin yoga class, but with deeper stretches and longer holds. Yoga for athletes is appropriate for both beginners and more seasoned yogis looking for less flow and more stretch. Expect to move in this class, but with minimal flow, more basic poses and longer holds. This class will help to improve range of motion, balance, and understanding of physical limitations. Each class will incorporate breathing, stretching, stabilization, and core work. Appropriate for all levels.
