Ryde & Row: This format is similar to our Warriors style class, with movement on and off the bike, but the difference is that we row, and we don’t mess around. This combo of cycling and rowing offers a dynamic workout that challenges all of your muscles from head to toe! Not to mention your mental ability to exert all of your energy on the rower with burpees likely waiting on the other side. Voted our toughest class, it is only featured at our Broadway location, so plan to make a special trip for a special kind of workout. This class welcomes all levels, but be prepared to work, and to work hard. Our Broadway studio features the Stages bikes and the Concept 2 Rowers. SPD clips shoes or regular sneakers both work on all bikes, and an instructor can walk beginners through proper setup and form. We recommend beginners arrive early for a quick briefing on the flow of class.
All of our bikes feature SPD clips, regular gym shoes or cycle shoes with SPD clips work on bikes at all of our studios (we do not rent out shoes).
