Kettlebell: Bells is our Kettlebell focused class that, no matter your experience, will give you confident form behind this dynamic tool. Expect anything and everything. We will be swinging, pushing, and pulling kettlebells in a combination of strength, cardio and endurance intervals for a full-body workout. All levels are welcome, and modifications are available for beginners. This is a great way to get in shape, and a nice segue into building strength, whether you’re new to a fitness routine or a regular Endoholic!
