Dirty 30: Dirty 30 is our way of convincing you that you don’t need to spend hours in the gym to accomplish a quality workout. It’s also our way of catching you in those “in-between”moments where you can squeeze in that quick sweat. This class is a condensed 30 minute high-intensity interval training workout that incorporates strength and conditioning targeting and taxing every muscle group. This class can take many different formats; however, the underlying strategy is the same -- you’re going to be working your butt off the entire time! The bell rings, and you’re moving to the next station or exercise. Suitable for all levels with modifications available for beginners, this is a great way to get a fantastic workout in a very short period of time. As we like to say, “It’s quick, painful, and then it’s over!” You’ll leave recharged, and ready to tackle the day!
