Surf Synergy is a fitness and wellness retreat located in Jaco beach, Costa Rica with the top surf instructors in the country, the best facilities, and a holistic approach to deliver on the desires of today's athletes.

Beginner Land/Pool Lesson
Breathing Techniques to Maximize Breath Holds
In-Ocean Surf Lessons (1.5 hours) x 5 days+ Video analysis
3 Epic Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner +daily fruit, natural juices, and snacks throughout the day
Strength/Fitness
Yoga (4 sessions)
2 Body Work Treatments (Choice of Massage, Reflexology, or Reiki)
Local Waterfall Hike
Cold Therapy for Inflammation Reduction (Ice Bath)
