Bootcamp: A dynamic full-body, high-intensity workout, with undoubtedly some surprise 'twists' and fun challenges... we like to be creative, after all! :) This class offers mostly bodyweight movements that you can incorporate in virtually any environment. What this means is, we don’t always need a studio to offer this class - so be prepared to join us for a Bootcamp in varying locations! This class is fun for everyone, all levels of fitness are welcome as all moves will be scalable.
