Vicky Delvaux

Helping students find the best and strongest versions of themselves and pushing them just a little further than they'd imagined possible. It's great to see the smiles after they realize they arrived at that 'next level'.

Jacqui Maes

What's your favorite thing about teaching? Bringing a community together. Having fun while burning calories! And of course, being able to curate great playlists to workout to!

Fitness Background: 2 certifications through Endorphin (1 for Cycle back in 2012 and 1 for Cycle/HIIT in 2018). I have another cycle training from Keiser.
Fun Fact: I’m a crazy dog lady- I have 2 greyhounds named Tango and Cash, and a Bernese Mountain dog named Paddington. They take up most of my time, but that’s definitely a good thing!

Evelyn Pate

What's your favorite thing about teaching?
My favorite thing about teaching is watching people have fun in my class! In my classes I try to create a space that is both accessible and inclusive where people can feel comfortable enough to push themselves and have a blast doing it!

My storied history with exercise began with competitive swimming, which I did for about 9 years (just putting it out there: backstroke is objectively the best stroke ;-)). Joining a crossfit gym in high school allowed me to build up the confidence to try all sorts of different forms of movement. From lifting to pilates to boxing and mountain biking, I wanted to try it all! When I moved to Denver I desperately wanted to try a cycle class (unfortunately there were no cycle classes in Pueblo at the time)! My first ever class was at Endorphin with the wonderful Nicole who absolutely kicked my butt!!! After that, I was hooked, I didn’t need to try any other gyms, Endorphin was love at first class. Three and a half years later I decided I wanted to be the one kicking peoples butts and playing the music, and so I became an instructor and the rest is history!

Amelia Loftin

What I teach: Vinyasa Flow, Restorative, Barre Fitness, Ass&Abs, Yoga for Athletes, and how to design social media memes that give you a false sense of accomplishment
What's your favorite thing about teaching? Seeing my students grow and become stronger! And, of course, high 5's.
Fitness Background: I was lucky enough to inherit my mother's gymnast and dance talents, my father's football shoulders, strength and witty charm.  Played sports all my life; gymnastics, dance, volleyball, softball, basketball – I suck at tennis, golf and snowboarding but was an all-stars state champ in softball and helped lead my volleyball team to win 2nd in state. (We were SO close!) I am definitely competitive but yoga has helped soften me. My certifications are 260 hr Hot Yoga, 200 hr Vinyasa Yoga, 100 hr Barre,  60 hr Yin Yoga, 50 hr Meditation, 50 hr Pre/Postnatal and currently 300 hr bridge to 500 RYT in the works! 
Fun Fact: I'm freakishly good at throwing wadded up paper in the trash can.

After practicing for over a decade in Denver's yoga community, John started teaching public classes in 2012. His classes deliver a recipe of equal parts: breath, alignment, community and fearlessness. With a heavy emphasis on balancing postures, his vinyasa power flow is driven by the breath and supported by others in the room.

What's your favorite thing about teaching?
Connecting with and meeting new people! And creating bad a$$ playlists

Fun Fact:
I believe working out should FUN with an equal amount of butt kicking. I teach barre but am nowhere close to a ballerina, so don't be scared and come try it out! I also believe that no body type is an indicator of "healthy." I'm a Registered Dietitian by day working with communities across the state to ensure access to healthy meals for all children. Come get your burn on with me, and I'm happy to help with any other nutritional needs or questions you may have!

What's your favorite thing about teaching? Everything from the community to the music, programming workouts to sweaty post-workout vibes. Seeing my classmates grow as an individual, and as well as a team. Building strength, relationships, and healthy habits all along the way. Feeling the gratitude of it all, and witnessing the profound impact it has on people’s lives is nothing short of epic. Knowing every single time that when a student leaves class they feel better, healthier, & happier than they did before they arrived.

What's your favorite thing about teaching?
I love teaching spin classes and inspiring athletes of all levels to achieve their fitness goals through AMAZING playlists, positive encouragement and kick ass rides.  I love to motivate people whether it be through a song they love, a positive comment made or talking to our students before or after class connecting with our members. Warriors is such a blast to teach!  I love cross training on the bike and coming up with amazing combos off the bike!  A great playlist makes a class, so I take great pride in creating music that moves people.

Fun Fact: I’m a travel adventure hiker and my training revolves around this-I started with Kilimanjaro and am set to hike Aconcagua the winter of 2021-2022.

What's your favorite thing about teaching? My favorite thing about teaching is making connections with my students.  I enjoy seeing each student experience that "aha" moment when a shape or pose is shifted to fit their body and becomes functional.
