Intro to Barbells Program (4 Weeks)
Central Park has become our hub for strength training, featuring some of our most elite instructors who compete in strength sports and are ranked at the top of their class.
Offering a 4 week Intro to Strength Training program that is inviting to all levels. Whether you are brand new to strength training or coming back to the gym and want a refresher, this program is designed exactly for you. Each week will offer a new dynamic move where you break down these lifts with a knowledgeable and trained instructor. This program has limited spots (limited to 8), so you are guaranteed to receive that one-on-one coaching that you may not get in a regularly programmed class.
This program begins the first Wednesday of every month, 5-6 PM and continues for four weeks.
Please be sure you can commit to all four Wednesdays of that month, no make-ups or prorated prices will be provided.
Offered every Wednesday from 5-6pm, $150 for non-members
