Yoga Nidra: This meditative journey will take you through the densest tissues in the body and the deepest layers of the mind. This fusion class incorporates the passive, intuitive practice of Yin Yoga with the ego-eliminating, mind-bending practice of Yoga Nidra. The initial portion of Yin Yoga will lubricate the inner body’s connective tissues in preparation for Yoga Nidra (in savasana). Students can expect to lose the reference point of “I” and all of the real or imaginary problems associated with “I”. This mini retreat for your body and your mind will leave you feeling calmer, lighter and more spacious! Appropriate for all levels.
