Come lift heavy (or build up to lifting heavy) sh*t with Brandon every Monday & Wednesday from 4-6pm.

This 2 hour slot is designed to give you flexibility. Come in any time within the 2 hour window and plan for a 60min workout.

St. Paddy's Day Edition

Okay if you missed the Karaoke Stink n Drink and got SERIOUS FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out), we have the remedy for you. 

Do not miss this St. Patrick's Day themed Stink n' Drink! Wear green and get ready for the Noble mayhem that's certain to come. The workout is from 5:30-6:15pm and the afterparty starts when the workout ends! 

Q&A

Q: What if I already worked out that morning? 

A: STILL COME! You can spectate on the people working (and Scott running around) out or just show up around 6:15pm for the afterparty. 
 

Q: What kind of workout is it? 

A: Think Warriors class but 10x less challenging and 100x more fun and silly! We'll be on the bikes and doing HIIT movements on the floor, but you'll burn the most calories laughing.

 

Q: What if I don't drink?

A: The NA beverage business is booming right now! We'll have plenty of non-alcoholic beverages to choose from. 

Everyone is welcome, everyone is included. This is a FREE class!

We have new class formats and time slots being added to the City Park schedule. Please sign up early so we can gauge interest and attendance for these new slots.

4:30 - 5:15pm TRX / HIIT (Vicky)

5:30 - 6:20pm TRX / HIIT / ROW (Vicky)

 

Tuesday:

4:45 - 5:30pm Ryde / Upper Body Sculpt (Nick)

5:45 - 6:45pm Endo Boxing (Nick)

 

Wednesday: 

9:15 - 10:00am Barefoot Bootcamp (Heated) (Julia)

4:30 - 5:15pm HIIT (Sam)

5:30-6:20pm Warriors (Sam)

 

Thursday: 

4:45 - 5:30pm Ryders (Evelyn)

5:45 - 6:45pm Ass & Abs HIIT (Vicky)
