South Broadway studio will meet at South High School at 9:15am for a workout at Washington Park
City Park studio will meet at Cheesman Park colosseum at 9:15am for a workout at Cheesman Park
Central Park studio will meet at the studio at 9:15am for a workout at Central Park
Plan for a 15 minute mobility/flow warm up, a hard hitting 30 minute bodyweight bootcamp, and then finish with a 10 minute recovery/cooldown.
What to Bring: Yoga Mat - Water Bottle - Sunscreen/Sunglasses (anything you may need for 60min of movement in the sun)
